비틀즈(THE BEATLES) 마지막 명곡으로 친구들이(70후80전) 특히 좋아하는 팝송의 하나입니다. Paul McCartney가 꿈속에서 어머니 Mary를 만났을 때 어머니의 ‘Let it be’라는 말을 듣고 인생의 도전기에 희망의 바람을 표현한 작품으로 다양한 버전이 존재하는데 1970년 한웅(원로가수 장세정 아드님, 미국 이민)의 한국어 번안곡 Let It Be(내곁에)가 있습니다.
